We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Reporting Analyst to support data-driven decision making across marketing and sales initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to transform marketing, web, and sales data into clear insights that improve performance, visibility, and strategic execution across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, manages competing priorities well, and produces accurate, high‑quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and execute efficiently are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing and sales data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across business entities
  • Build, enhance, and maintain reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights for marketing leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign results against key performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and insights to support decision-making
  • Partner with marketing and web teams to improve data quality, reporting processes, and performance measurement
  • Support ongoing improvements to analytics workflows, documentation, and reporting standards

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced experience administering and working within business intelligence and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or similar tools)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, visualize, and communicate data effectively
  • Hands-on experience with web and digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics and campaign optimization techniques
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team environment

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree or higher in data analytics, marketing, business intelligence, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a data-focused role
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with project tracking or task management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, or similar platforms)
  • Exposure to front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices including SEO, SEM, and web or video performance tracking
