Title: Ad Sales Account Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Duration: 12 Months Contract


We are currently looking for an experienced Ad Sales Account Manager to join a high-performing digital advertising team supporting global customers and driving revenue growth through strategic advertising solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies, optimize advertising campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support business objectives. You will play a key role in campaign execution, customer relationship management, revenue growth, and performance optimization across advertising solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies for assigned markets and customers
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with account managers, product specialists, and support teams
  • Execute campaign launches and ensure campaigns are properly deployed and optimized
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights
  • Translate customer objectives into KPIs and advertising solutions
  • Build strong customer relationships and support long-term account growth
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, account metrics, and opportunity tracking
  • Contribute to best practice sharing, case studies, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support revenue forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder updates


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, account management, or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of advertising products, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting and insights
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage customer conversations effectively
  • Experience managing pipelines, opportunities, and sales processes
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
