Brand Manager - OTC Portfolio


As a Brand Manager in our OTC Department, you will be responsible for creation and implementation of strategies and tactics for enforcing the company's products and brands on the market, including processes related to product positioning, branding or rebranding. You also will be responsible for the development of the entrusted product portfolio.


You should have a deep knowledge in the healthcare industry, as well as a strong experience in creation of advertising and other materials and tools in order to provide marketing support for the work of the company's medical and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop marketing strategies for own brands in line with the company marketing strategy.
  • Transform strategies into specific trade marketing plans and roadmaps.
  • Monitor and analyze the pharmaceutical market in the relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Bring out the advantages of the company's products compared to their competitors.
  • Organize all counterparts to secure marketing plans implementation.
  • Set objectives and brand guidelines for the product portfolio.
  • Plan, organize and deploy trade marketing activities – promotions, samplings, merchandising, etc.
  • Submit regular reports on brands metrics.
  • Responsible for analyzing and achieving all marketing activities’ efficiency.


Requirements:


  • University degree, preferably in Marketing or Economics.
  • 2+years of brand management history, ideally with focus on OTC/Consumer Healthcare products.
  • Fluent in written and verbal Bulgarian and English.
  • Advanced computer literacy – full MS Office Package.
  • Creativity in ideas and hands on in implementation.
  • Self-driven personality.
  • Experience in Pharma industry will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
