Job Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Affiliate Manager (Global) to own and scale Ultahost’s affiliate program across multiple regions. You will be responsible for building and optimizing global affiliate strategies, recruiting high-quality affiliates, improving partner performance, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands affiliate ecosystems deeply, and can build long-term relationships with publishers, content creators, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global affiliate marketing roadmap and execute growth initiatives across key international markets.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates through networks, platforms, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with top-performing affiliates and publishers globally.
- Create affiliate enablement resources (landing pages, promo offers, creatives, email templates) to improve partner performance.
- Build scalable performance and incentive models (CPS/CPA, tiered commissions, bonuses) to drive growth.
- Track affiliate performance metrics (traffic quality, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROI) and optimize for higher profitability.
- Monitor fraud, ensure compliance with brand and platform policies, and protect program integrity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Content teams to align affiliate initiatives with company growth targets.
- Analyze competitor affiliate strategies and propose opportunities to strengthen Ultahost’s affiliate positioning.
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, hosting, or tech-based products.
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs and delivering measurable growth (revenue, signups, partners).
- Strong knowledge of affiliate ecosystems: publishers, coupon/deal sites, content affiliates, influencers, communities.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong partner-management mindset.
- Ability to work independently and execute with ownership in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Existing global network of affiliates and publishers.
- Experience scaling programs in multiple regions (North America, Europe, Asia).
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing affiliate program compliance, attribution, and fraud prevention.
