Product Manager

For our client – a leading brand in the agricultural machinery industry – we are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager.

We are looking for an innovative, proactive, and self-driven professional with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proven experience in product management, sales, and commercial development within the agricultural machinery sector.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field
• Mandatory experience working with agricultural machinery
• Proven experience in brand development and driving sales through a distributor network
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel across the country
• Valid driving license – Category B

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the product portfolio of compact tractors and mowers
• Analyze market trends and monitor product profitability
• Organize demonstrations, events, and product trainings
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and customers
• Provide technical and product expertise to ensure successful market positioning and sales performance
