🚀 We’re hiring: KAM – eCommerce Marketplace | ASUS Colombia 🇨🇴


At ASUS, we’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Key Account Manager to lead and accelerate our eCommerce & Marketplace channel across Colombia.

This role will be key to driving sell-in, sell-out, and brand positioning across platforms like Mercado Libre, Falabella Marketplace, and key resellers—while elevating the online experience and conversion performance of our portfolio (Consumer NB / AIO).


🎯 What will you own?

You will lead the development of the eCommerce channel, focusing on:

  • Enhancing look & feel across reseller platforms
  • Increasing sell-in / sell-out performance
  • Growing ASUS in-house share across distributors and resellers
  • Strengthening brand presence across all online channels


🔥 Key responsibilities


📊 Sales & Performance

  • Track sell-in/sell-out, revenue, and demand signals
  • Analyze competitor pricing and propose tactical promotions
  • Ensure hero SKUs are always competitively positioned


🧩 Assortment & Portfolio

  • Optimize product naming & coding online
  • Define hero products by segment (entry, mainstream, gaming, premium)
  • Identify gaps vs competitors (RTX, RAM, configurations, etc.)
  • Lead review sessions with internal channel teams


🚀 Promotions & Events

  • Execute campaigns (Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Coordinate bundles (backpacks, mouse, warranty extensions)
  • Train resellers and ensure execution excellence
  • Monitor pricing before, during, and after campaigns


🛒 Marketplace Optimization

  • Optimize product titles, content & visuals
  • Improve conversion rate per SKU
  • Manage reviews and online reputation


📦 Inventory & Operations

  • Ensure stock coverage of hero models
  • Follow up on demand planning
  • Track returns, claims, and customer experience


🧠 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Specialization in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Analytics is a plus


💼 Key experience (MUST HAVE)

  • 2–3+ years in eCommerce / Marketplace roles (not only traditional sales)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, VTEX , Magento WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Management of large accounts or marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre, Falabella, Amazon, Rappi or similar)
  • Proven track record managing key accounts (KAM) and working with retailers/distributors
  • Experience in consumer electronics / tech categories (laptops, gaming, etc.) is highly desirable


📊 Technical skills (what makes the difference)

  • Strong analytical mindset (data → insights → action)
  • Advanced Excel / dashboards / BI tools
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROI)
  • Pricing & promotional strategy
  • Marketplace SEO & content optimization
  • Tools like Google Analytics (nice to have)
