Sales Account Manager – Enterprise team


RETN is one of the fastest growing independent European telecom providers. At RETN you will work in an international environment with great professionals as part of a strong and passionate team of experts.


We are now looking for a Sales Manager in Belgrade to strengthen our Global Enterprise team. As a Sales Manager you are expected to take the lead in your approach to sales activity, engagement strategy, uncovering and closing opportunities. In this role you are supported by our international team of sales and technical experts.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Plan and organise all related sales activities starting from prospecting through to closing deals
  • Prospect for new business and new logo’s using various tools and resources
  • Retain existing accounts and expanding solution utilisation, maintain and develop the customer pipeline
  • Provide excellent service and support to our partners and build trusted relationships that drive long-term sales growth
  • In cooperation with the Commercial Director produce monthly reports including both current and proposed activities, revenue status, and revenue forecast
  • Ensure sales documentation to support revenue booking are duly signed
  • Support management with market related information



Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience including hands-on experience of telecom sales
  • A degree in IT, telecom, engineering, business management or related field
  • Passionate about contacting and meeting people and creating solutions that benefit the company and the customer
  • Show true interest in modern technologies regardless of the field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, spoken and written
  • Excellent English language skills, any other languages will be considered as advantage
  • Ability to negotiate challenging business and commercial conversations
  • Be a team player who is also able to work independently
