We are seeking a skilled Software Analyst to manage client data files, optimize processing workflows, and implement system enhancements within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve issues related to client files received daily - like data integrity and accuracy
• Assist in the mapping of documents and then submission of files to operational units
• Design, develop, and implement modifications and upgrades to the ETL system
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and report progress effectively
• Communicate with clients and the business users for clarifications, issue resolution, and follow-up
• Configure new clients within test and live environments
• Handle mapping and validating conversion files for new accounts
• Perform system changes for existing and new clients using third-party data conversion tools

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; high school diploma is required
• 2+ years of experience working with programming tools such as C#, Scripting, SQL or Cobol in an ETL / EDI role
• Prior EDI experience - using mapping tools to transform files for upload
• Understanding of database structures and SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with third-party ETL and EDI software
• Experience with .NET framework and scripting languages
• Knowledge of insurance data conversion processes
• Prior experience managing client onboarding and system setup
