As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to join the team. In this role you will act as trusted partners for clients using our payments platform. They own the technical relationship, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of payment methods and processing channels. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with strong technical expertise.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients.
  • Oversee onboarding of new brands and payment methods: configuration, routing setup, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide strategic technical guidance.
  • Analyze transaction performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support on systemic improvements.
  • Escalate complex bugs, systemic issues, or feature requests to Product/Engineering with impact analysis.
  • Deliver training and demonstrations to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and technical partners.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of payment processing and PSP integrations.
  • Experience with APIs, Postman, PSP dashboards, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with project management ability.


Would be a plus

  • Experience with payment providers, acquiring banks, or gateways.
  • Familiarity with routing rules and advanced payment flows.
  • Background in FinTech, iGaming, or SaaS support.
