We're looking for an experienced Freelance Social & Digital Account Manager to join Splendid's fast‑paced social team, working across high‑profile consumer brands, including food, drink and travel.

What You'll Do
- Be the day‑to‑day lead for clients, building trusted relationships and managing expectations
- Lead social campaigns from planning to execution, delivering standout content across platforms
- Oversee always‑on and campaign content, including shoots, events and live social
- Work closely with creative, production and influencer partners to bring ideas to life
- Manage timelines, budgets, reporting and evaluations with confidence
- Support, mentor and motivate junior team members
- Spot opportunities, manage risks and help accounts grow
- Proven experience managing social or digital accounts within an agency
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content creation and reporting
- Confident client communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Balance work and home life with our Hybrid working policy - working 2 days from home and 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 💻
- Early 4.30 pm finish on Friday 🙌
