Services Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead services procurement activities covering subcontractors, third‑party services, consulting, and contingent staffing.
• Own vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, performance tracking, renewals, and compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), work orders, and service agreements in alignment with contracting frameworks.
• Ensure effective agreement management, including adherence to SLAs, milestones, commercials, and expiration timelines.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure risk mitigation and commercial optimization.
• Manage service delivery governance, resolving vendor performance issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations with service providers.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports for spend analysis, vendor performance, and contract compliance.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in services procurement, vendor management, or commercial contracting.
• Strong experience with subcontractors, third-party vendors, consulting services, and contingent staffing models.
• Practical exposure to contracting frameworks, SOWs, work orders, and agreement management.
• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Solid understanding of service management and vendor governance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed, or global environments.
• Ability to balance commercial rigor with partnership‑oriented vendor relationships.
