Job Description:

You’ll be part of a team of high performing problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Overall Experience – 3+ years IT experience

Mandatory Skills:

1. Accounting Standards Implementation:
2. Basic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
3. Familiarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS is a plus.
4. Salesforce Knowledge:
5. Exposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes.
6. Data Integration:
7. Experience in integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools, is beneficial.
8. Analytical Skills:
9. Ability to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements.
10. Preferred Certifications:
11. Salesforce Admin
12. Exposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Revenue Cloud Projects:
2. Support the development and delivery of Revenue Cloud-related solutions under guidance.
3. Collaborate with Teams:
4. Work closely with senior developers and consultants to deliver project tasks.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
6. Assist in preparing and validating test cases and use cases to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
7. Client Support:
8. Support team efforts in resolving client queries and implementing revised accounting standards.
9. Hands-On Learning:
10. Gain experience with Salesforce products like CPQ, Billing, and revenue management tools such as Zuora Revenue.
11. Documentation and Communication:
12. Document processes, gather requirements during client meetings, and communicate updates effectively to the team.

2. Identify opportunities for process optimization during projects and communicate these to senior team members.
3. Project Participation:
4. Actively participate in the design, build, and testing phases of projects under guidance.
