What you'll be up to:

• Work with Account Managers from our direct sales partners to respond to briefs and recommend effective campaign strategies that hit client goals.
• Work across all OOH sales channels, from traditional media schedules to cutting-edge Programmatic Digital OOH.
• Team up with radio or digital planning teams to create clever, integrated media solutions.
• Help bridge revenue gaps by creating exciting offers, specials, and bundles for the sales teams.
• Use analytical tools like Calibre and our booking system, Fusion, to find the perfect assets for every brief.
• Use Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce to create media schedules that align with our yield strategies.
• Use PowerPoint and other tools to build high-quality proposals that wow our clients.

What we’re looking for:

• A Tertiary Degree, preferably in Marketing, Comms or Commerce.
• Experience in media planning (bonus points for OOH).
• Confidence in your verbal and written presentation skills and love working with different perspectives.
• Organisation, you can work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities like a champ.
• A team player, you can deal with various personalities effectively and diplomatically.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentations (PowerPoint/Slides) are your jam.
• Familiarity with Calibre and programmatic buying is a huge plus!
