About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer – Integration to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital platforms. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll design and deliver scalable, cloud-based integration solutions while guiding and mentoring engineers to do their best work. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build modern, high-performing systems, influence technical direction, and help drive innovation across the organisation. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with modern technologies, and making a real business impact, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic and highly visible role. We also actively promote the use of AI and advanced engineering tools to enhance every stage of the software development lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure integration solutions that power critical business systems.
- Shape architectural direction and influence technical strategy across multiple teams and platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Stay hands-on with development, contributing to modern cloud-native and API-driven systems.
- Mentor and support engineers, helping them grow their skills and fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Champion best practices across engineering, including code quality, security, testing, and DevOps.
- Explore and adopt new technologies to continuously improve platforms and drive innovation.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, working across both backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong expertise in modern tech stacks such as C#, Node.js, TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
- Solid experience building APIs and integration solutions (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platform AWS.
- Strong understanding of databases and modern web development practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform (Design and build Mule applications and deploy them to CloudHub, using Dataweave transformations).
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
