About the Role
Suites by NYLO and NYLO Aesthetics are seeking a versatile, hospitality-minded professional to serve as our Front Desk & Facilities Associate. This is a hybrid guest-services and light-
maintenance role for someone who thrives on variety — one moment welcoming a guest into their suite, the next ensuring our spaces are pristine and our equipment is running smoothly. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in making sure every guest experience is seamless from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
• Greet guests warmly at the front desk and provide a welcoming, professional first
impression.
• Escort guests to their suites, orient them to amenities, and answer questions about the
space and services.
• Manage check-in and check-out flow, handle phone and email inquiries, and coordinate
with providers and staff.
Facility Upkeep
• Ensure shared spaces — including kitchens, bathrooms, and lounges — are tidy,
stocked, and presentable throughout the day.
• Manage lighting, music, climate, and overall ambiance so the environment is set
correctly at opening, throughout service hours, and at close.
• Perform routine walkthroughs to identify and address small issues before they become
guest-facing problems.
Equipment & Light Maintenance
• Learn to perform basic upkeep and troubleshooting on aesthetic and medical equipment- such as cleaning, replacing consumables, recalibrating, and resolving common error
states.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and certified technicians for repairs and servicing that fall
outside the scope of basic in-house maintenance.
• We also have shipments that goes out every week that this person is responsible for
packing
• Handle general handyman tasks: minor repairs, furniture assembly, light fixtures,
hardware replacements, and similar work to keep the space in top condition.
What We're Looking For
• Prior experience in hospitality, front-of-house, concierge, or a similar guest-facing role.
• Hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable learning new equipment — prior
experience with medical, aesthetic, or salon equipment is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, observant, and proactive — you notice the small things before anyone
else does.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to move comfortably between desk work, guest
interactions, and physical tasks throughout the day.
• Able to lift to 40 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
Compensation
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
