Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Team Lead - Real Estate Agent is based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, with opportunities to work from home. The individual in this role will provide leadership to a team of real estate agents, overseeing daily operations and mentorship while ensuring team goals are achieved. Responsibilities include managing transactions, fostering team collaboration, identifying growth opportunities, developing agent performance, and maintaining high standards of client service in the commercial real estate space.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Experience in Brokerage and a clear understanding of real estate market trends and best practices
• Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills to cultivate collaboration and achieve business goals
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge and experience is essential
• Active real estate license in Oregon is required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in technology platforms and tools to support real estate operations
• Experience with training or mentoring real estate agents is a plus
