The role

Chief Design Officer, Voice, Brand, Marketing etc

You become the main designer across every venture we produce inside the studio + the chief designer of the Venture Engine itself.

Two areas. One vision. You hold both.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone who knows tech. Someone who knows design. Someone who knows intelligence workflows.

Someone who can take a product from idea to operation. A creative director who can both think and do. You think in systems. You see design in direction and ownership.

The deal

No salary until the company is funded. ESOP/sweat equity allocation reflects the contribution. Senior leadership role.

Stockholm based. You work close to the studio.
