Project Support Coordinator

🚧 Now Hiring: Project Coordinator (Contract) – Spring Hill, FL

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team on an active job site in Spring Hill, Florida. This is a 12–15 month contract opportunity ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a fast-paced environment.

📍 Location: 14230 Hays Rd, Spring Hill, FL 34610

⏳ Duration: 12–15 Months

🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week (5x8s) + occasional overtime

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and document distribution
• Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation
• Assist with purchase order (PO) generation and tracking
• Track labor hours and wage data using Excel
• Support pay application submissions (preferred)
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates encouraged; prior coordination or admin experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
