Therefore, my client is looking for a new leader to spearhead their software development team, driving growth and sustainability.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the technological/architectural direction of their internal platform.
• You will strengthen their technical expertise around Enterprise Integration Architecture.
• Together with the specialist departments and product owners, you drive the digitalization of our company forward and plan and prioritize the implementation of our strategic goals.
• You coordinate and lead your own team of developers and ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
• You act as a role model, leading the team with empathy, integrity and joy, and exemplifying both a learning and a culture of learning from mistakes, which allows every employee to grow beyond their limits.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in computer science, computer science or a similar field and have already gained many years of experience in software development.
• You are an expert in current server-side JavaScript/Typescript frameworks, preferably Nest.js.
• You are familiar with the common Enterprise Integration Patterns and know how to use them.
• You know what BPMN is and ideally have experience in the productive use of process engines, such as Camunda.
• You have already proven yourself in leading a development team and enjoy driving things forward as a team.
