LTT Partners is hiring a high-output Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and scale our in-office B2B technology sales team.
We specialize in cloud-based technology solutions and enterprise infrastructure for multi-site organizations, with deep expertise across building security platforms, Networking-as-a-Service, fleet management, and telecom solutions.
This role is ideal for a leader who can build accountability, drive pipeline growth, coach daily performance, and create a disciplined sales culture inside a fast-moving growth company.
The Director of Sales & Marketing will also oversee our internal marketing department, including website development, SEO, social media content, branding, and marketing execution. This person will align sales and marketing strategy to support pipeline generation, revenue growth, and company expansion.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a team of inside and/or outside sales representatives
- Drive outbound prospecting activity, pipeline generation, and revenue growth
- Hold daily sales accountability meetings and performance reviews
- Track KPIs including activity volume, opportunities created, gross profit, close rates, and quota attainment
- Coach reps on discovery, objection handling, pricing strategy, and closing
- Improve CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and follow-up consistency
- Work closely with company leadership, operations, and finance to ensure sales execution aligns with overall business goals.
- Recruit, train, and onboard high-performing sales talent
- Help develop compensation plans, sales processes, scripts, and growth initiatives
- Maintain a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
- Oversee and manage the company’s internal marketing department
- Manage marketing accountability, execution timelines, and overall performance
- Oversee company website management, SEO strategy, social media posting, branding initiatives, and general marketing operations
- Coordinate marketing efforts with sales initiatives to improve lead generation, brand visibility, and company growth
- Ensure marketing activities align with company goals, messaging, and growth objectives
- Proven experience managing B2B sales teams
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Experience with technology, SaaS, security, construction, IT, telecom, or low-voltage sales preferred
- Ability to coach reps while maintaining team culture and accountability
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- CRM proficiency required
