What you will do:
- Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
- Fluent French + good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests
- Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus
- A positive mindset and interest in building an international career
