We are building a Portuguese-speaking Chief of Infrastructure Integration to steer M&A infrastructure integrations with a strong focus on security, compliance, and continuity. Responsibilities
- Lead major infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, covering Day 1 strategy and post-close delivery
- Define and approve integration frameworks, high-level roadmaps, milestone plans, TSA requirements, and contingency approaches
- Direct technical discovery, assess legacy environments, and shape future-state architecture designs
- Establish governance across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD, IAM, SSO/MFA, privileged access management), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace transitions), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Observability (ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring/logging)
- Ensure integration execution follows enterprise security, compliance, and risk-management policies with strong data protection and audit controls
- Collaborate with application, security, workplace, and business teams while managing vendors and external service providers
- Track program health via executive dashboards and communicate risks, blockers, and wins to senior stakeholders
- Manage resourcing, financial planning, and budgets to deliver integration programs efficiently
- Guide operational handovers by overseeing runbooks, documentation, and post-integration operating models
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure with 7+ years in the field, including 2+ years leading large enterprise integration programs
- Proven background in M&A integration initiatives or comparable global IT transformation efforts
- Comprehensive expertise across enterprise infrastructure, including networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/Zero Trust), endpoint management, and hybrid/cloud ecosystems with strong security framework knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed teams with a strategic approach to stakeholder alignment and delivery
- Mastery of program and project management methods, including planning, governance, risk/issue mitigation, and large-scale execution
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including translating technical topics for C-level leaders and non-technical teams
- Deep experience with TSA strategy, implementation, and migration to end-state platforms, plus cloud transformation and Zero Trust principles
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Upper-Intermediate Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (B2+ level)
