Channel Manager

Responsibilities Of The Role

·Manage and develop distributor relationships across assigned territory

·Maintain close contact with key luminaries to promote latest OSRAM products

·Identify, evaluate, and partner with high-potential channel partners aligned with strategic market objectives

·Develop and execute partnership strategies to establish and expand channel partner networks

·Conduct regular partner business reviews to identify improvement areas and develop action plans to drive partner success

·Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, tools, and programs tailored to partner needs

·Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential risks for the channel partner program

We hope you

·5+ years of sales or key account management experience

·Strong understanding of lighting technology or electrical systems

·Fluently in English and German (spoken and written), other languages are advantage

·Strong direct sales and relationship-building capability

·Specializing in close collaboration with end customers, retailers, OEMs, distributors

·Proven success managing large, complex enterprise customers
