Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools and workflows
- Ability to design and ship complex systems end-to-end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data layers
- Bias toward execution and iteration, with a focus on quality
- Strong product and UX instincts
- Systems thinking and technical judgment
