Working time: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, work at the office 100%, no hybrid.

About the job:

We are seeking a highly capable Manager, Corporate Strategic to work with the leadership in driving key business initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual—who excels in problem-solving, project management, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. You will play a critical role in developing corporate strategies, ensuring follow-through on action items, and supporting high-impact projects that shape the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating corporate strategies through analyzing business information and data and providing actionable insights
  • Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly
  • Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects across the organization
  • Organize and facilitate regular management meetings, ensuring clear agendas, structured discussions, and timely follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership and internal teams, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
  • Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use
  • Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 2-3 years consulting experience from Strategy Consulting firms. or at least 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in consulting, business intelligence, financial, or relevant professional services a plus
  • Strong project management background with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiar with business models, products, and operations in the payment / FinTech industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and handling sensitive information with discretion
