Full-Stack Engineer
Indexed description
Momentum automates the creation of fair, compliant, and efficient schedules—eliminating Excel and saving hospitals thousands of hours every year.
We're a small, high-impact team. No layers of bureaucracy. Your work ships and makes a difference. To accelerate our roadmap, we're looking to expand the R&D team.
The Role
We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can own features end-to-end. Someone who obsesses over user experience, ships fast, and isn't afraid to jump into the backend when needed.
You'll work directly with the R&D Team to build and refine our mobile, web, and AI applications. You'll talk to customers and the team, shape the roadmap, and see your work in production. This isn't a "ticket factory" role. We want high agency product engineers — people who care about why we're building something, not just how - then get things done, using agentic software development workflows.
What You'll Do
- Build & ship features — from concept to production, across the full stack
- Own the frontend experience — create intuitive, performant interfaces that users love
- Collaborate with product & customers — understand needs, propose solutions, iterate
- Use AI to move faster — we expect you to leverage the latest agentic dev tools and processes to ship smarter, faster, and safer
- Contribute to architecture decisions — your input matters
- Support & mentor — help teammates and occasionally assist with technical customer queries
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong UX sensivity and frontend experience (React Native, Expo, TypeScript, ...)
- Demonstrable experience and outcomes using agentic workflows
- Comfortable working across the stack — you've actively worked on backends, APIs, 3p integrations, databases
- Proven ability to ship features independently
- Excellent communication — you can talk to engineers, product people, sales people, and customers
- Fluent English (French, German, or Dutch is a plus)
- BSc in an IT/IS field required, MSc preferred but not mandatory
- You're genuinely curious — always learning, always experimenting
- You actively use AI coding tools and are excited about what's possible
- You've worked in a SaaS environment / Tech start-up or scale-up environment
- You care about the value you bring to the users and the business, not just the code
- Healthcare or HR tech experience
- Experience with .NET technologies for our legacy codebase
- Ownership — You own your work end-to-end. No finger-pointing
- Transparency — We share information openly. No hidden agendas
- Trust — Autonomy comes with accountability
- Pro-activity — See a problem? Fix it. Don't wait to be asked
- User Centricity — Every decision starts with the user
- Results-driven — Outcomes over outputs. Impact matters
- Team Work — We win together
- Velocity — Move fast, iterate, ship
Reality: If you can show proof of exceptional ability and can fully overlap with the CET timezone, we're open for remote candidates, with occasional office visits/meetups.
Benefits
- Work on meaningful and impactful healthcare solutions
- Collaborative small-company team environment
- Merit-based compensation, including equity and profit-sharing opportunities
- All customary social benefits (Switzerland)
- Career growth opportunities commensurate with contribution and aspirations
- Impact — Your work directly improves healthcare operations and patient access to care
- Autonomy — Small team, big ownership, no micromanagement
- Modern approach — AI-assisted development is expected, not optional
- Growth — Shape the product and grow with the company
We're hiring now — don't wait.
