💰 $65K–$80K base + bonus + full benefits

We’re partnering with a high-performing, entrepreneurial firm to find an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in supporting a growing Denver office.

This is not a typical admin position.

You’ll be part of a team where everyone operates at a high level, and that includes this role. You’ll be expected to bring professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset every day.

🔥 What You’ll Own

• Manage and coordinate calendars across multiple bankers—balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless scheduling
• Support travel coordination and logistics
• Handle expenses and administrative workflows
• Serve as the in-office presence and “director of first impressions”
• Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally day-to-day
