YOUR MISSION:
- Development and leadership of the assigned Customer Service Team
- Promote a high-performance culture by communicating and monitoring clear expectations
- Implement and continually optimize Customer Service processes
- Ensure highest quality in orderbook management by monitoring the whole process from order to invoice
- Central contact for Sales and other departments for the specific account group.
- Proven positive track record in customer service management
- Excellent leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and mentor others and to set priorities for the team
- Strong strategic, analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- German and English business fluent
