Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for ERP Application Manager.

Requirements:

• Completed studies (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or completed commercial/technical training with relevant further education and several years of ERP experience.
• Several years of experience as an ERP consultant, ERP administrator, or ERP process owner in a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering.
• Deep understanding of operational end-to-end processes and their mapping in ERP (e.g., sales, purchasing, planning/production, logistics; finance/controlling is an advantage).
• Experience in ERP optimization and system development, from process analysis to implementation, testing, and rollout.
• Experience with established ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / Finance & Operations), Sage, AP+, or Proalpha is an advantage but not required.
• Structured working style, clear communication, and consistent execution until effectiveness is achieved.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP system, including customizing, configuration, authorizations, and process/data standards.
• Analysis, mapping, and optimization of end-to-end processes in the ERP in close collaboration with the departments.
• 2nd-level application support with structured error analysis, prioritization, sustainable resolution, and documentation.
• Change, release, and test management from requirement gathering through solution concept, regression tests, approvals, to go-live support.
• Ensuring data quality and master data governance with rules, responsibilities, monitoring, and correction processes.
• Interface and integration coordination with functional definitions, data flow analysis, error analysis, and test/acceptance support.
• Development and delivery of training and workshops, as well as enhancement of user and key-user competencies.
