Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in compliance, KYC/AML operations, risk review, or a related function
- Hands-on experience reviewing identity documents, tax forms, and financial account data across international contexts
- Strong analytical judgment
- Excellent written communication skills
- A process-improvement mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
