Position Summary

Branded Bills is a premium headwear and accessories brand built on quality craftsmanship, custom design, and an exceptional customer experience. Behind every smooth product launch, accurate inventory count, and on-time shipment is clean, reliable data, and that's where you come in.

As our Operations Systems and Data Specialist, you are the guardian of our system integrity. You ensure that the data powering our business is accurate, consistent, and built to scale. Reporting to the Director, Operational Excellence your work is the foundation that allows our warehouse and digital operations to stay in sync, our leadership to make confident decisions, and our team to execute without second-guessing the numbers.

This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who finds satisfaction in precision. Someone who understands that getting the data right isn't a background task, it's what keeps the entire operation running.

Key Contributions

Data Integrity & Architecture: You own the lifecycle of our operational data, ensuring every SKU and entry is built for long-term accuracy and scalability. You are the single source of truth that the rest of the team depends on.

System Optimization: You act as a system detective, proactively auditing our ERP (NetSuite) to ensure our data is clean, consistent, and always reflective of our physical reality.

Foundational Setup: You play a critical role in product launches by structuring data for new lines, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition from production to sale.

Cross-Functional Clarity: You partner closely with the Operations Director to provide the clean, actionable data needed to drive successful project execution, inventory management, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets with experience navigating complex data and ERP environments; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
• Natural ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and errors in large data sets.
• Detail-oriented with the discipline to maintain high-volume data with consistent accuracy.
• Proactive mindset. You look for ways to improve data workflows and build more robust infrastructure as Branded Bills grows.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in retail and cross department retail data structure concepts (items, orders, customers, fulfillments, pos, etc.)
• SQL experience.
