We are looking for an Asset Officer (Compliance) – 15 months fixed-term maternity cover to join our team.
Role
The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in either housing compliance, asset management, building safety or governance. Alternatively, they will be able to evidence comparable experience in a similar role. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of:
Leading the identification, preparation and continual improvement of key compliance management information
Maintaining statutory compliance-related records to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
Assisting with the project management of legislative safety requirements and reviewing relevant contracts
Managing contract files and providing general office support on compliance matters
Providing a single authoritative overview of statutory compliance across the organisation
Developing and managing action plans arising from compliance and stock condition surveys

A valid, in-date driving licence and access to a car insured for business use will also be required.
