VP Operations (f/m/d)

For our client we are looking for a Growth Driver and organizational enabler.

You bridge the gap between our ambitious vision and the physical realization of decentralized infrastructure. Your job is to empower the entire organization to drive business growth and operational scale in the most cost-efficient way possible. You transform "chaos into cohesion" by building the systems that allow us to run at high speed without breaking down .

• Stakeholder Management: You act as the vital bridge between our local field operations and global corporate strategy. You orchestrate diverse interests—from institutionial investors and the C-level to our technicians in the field—ensuring everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction . You lead through influence, not just authority.
• Guardian of Unit Economics: You own the P&L and have a laser focus on the "Golden Standard" of growth metrics. You optimize every part of the value chain to ensure that our scaling is not just fast, but profitable and cashflow-positive.
• Scaling a Hybrid Organization: You lead and transform a hybrid organization. You move us to leadership by systems, establishing formal structures and clear SLAs.
• Operational Excellence & Digital Innovation: You identify what works locally and scale it across the entire network, leveraging AI and automation to eliminate waste and boost productivity.

• High-Pace Track Record: You have significant leadership experience in a hyper-growth environment—ideally in decentralized infrastructure, renewable energy, or complex B2B services.
• Stakeholder Expert: You have a proven ability to navigate matrixed environments and build trusted partnerships at the board level while remaining "humble" and accessible to our field teams .
• Analytical Powerhouse: You think in "First Principles" and have a deep understanding of financial modeling, supply chain optimization, and cost-efficient scaling.
