DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Program Manager, your role is pivotal in driving and overseeing the successful execution of complex, enterprise-critical initiatives within the organization's transformation journey. The role blends strategic program leadership with portfolio management discipline-ensuring the right work is prioritized, funded, governed, and delivered to measurable outcomes. This role reports to the VP of Transformation Program Management.
Key Responsibilities include;
Strategic Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise-critical transformation initiatives, translating business strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable OKRs that drive revenue and cost outcomes.
Portfolio Governance & Prioritization: Establish and run the portfolio intake and prioritization process, managing trade-offs and capacity planning to ensure funding is aligned with the highest-value work.
Executive Decision Support: Design and lead steering cadences for senior leadership, providing the data-driven insights and "concise storytelling" needed to resolve escalations and reduce committee-driven delays.
Value Realization & Benefits Tracking: Own the full lifecycle of value definition, from business case development to post-implementation tracking, ensuring financial and operational benefits are realized as committed.
Integrated Delivery & Risk Management: Proactively identify cross-program dependencies and material risks, implementing robust controls and RAID management to ensure execution predictability and stable forecasting.
Change Leadership & Operational Readiness: Partner with stakeholders to drive the adoption of new operating models and behaviors, ensuring high operational readiness and minimal disruption at go-live.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years in program management, transformation delivery, and/or enterprise portfolio management in complex organizations.
Bachelor's degree in business, project/program management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and value realization.
Strong capability in portfolio governance: intake, prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, and decision facilitation.
Proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, OKRs/outcomes, and integrated execution plans.
Excellent executive communication: concise storytelling, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution across senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills: KPI design, benefits tracking, risk quantification, and data-driven decision support.
Experience operating in global / cross-border environments, including time-zone coordination and cultural adaptability.
High ownership mindset: anticipates issues, drives alignment, and delivers outcomes with pace and discipline.
Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and willingness to travel internationally, as required.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with enterprise transformations (e.g., operating model shifts, major system implementations such as CRM/ERP, process re-engineering).
Familiarity with PPM tooling and reporting (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Jira Align, ServiceNow PPM) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Certifications: PgMP, PMP, MSP, SAFe/Agile, and/or Prosci (or equivalent change management).
Background in benefits realization, value tracking, and finance partnering (CAPEX/OPEX governance, business case rigor).
