We are partnering with a highly respected and innovative investment firm in San Francisco that is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is a high-visibility role, working alongside another EA to support a driven executive where strong execution, professionalism, and adaptability are highly valued.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars with a proactive and strategic approach
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and last-minute logistics
- Provide high-touch support to a senior executive
- Partner closely with another EA and operational staff to ensure seamless day-to-day execution
- Support meeting preparation, document coordination, expense management, and ad hoc projects
- Help drive team culture, office coordination, and overall operational excellence
- Navigate shifting priorities with urgency, discretion, and strong judgment
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of prior experience supporting senior leaders in finance, investment, professional services, legal, or similarly fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to remain composed under pressure
- Professional presence with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Someone who views the EA function as a long-term career and takes pride in being a strategic partner
- Ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and execute with minimal direction
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Additional Details
- Location: San Francisco
- Schedule: 4 days onsite (typically Monday–Thursday)
- Compensation: $110K–$130K base salary + bonus, depending on experience
