Technical Sales & Product Manager – Food (all ages, all genders)

To support our team at Nordmann Nordic, we are currently looking for a Technical Sales & Product Manager for our Food department.

Nordmann – is a leading multinational company in the field of chemical distribution with a staff of around 580 employees. At Nordmann, we believe in openness, respect, human kindness and working together in a spirit of trust – and these values are embedded in our corporate culture.

Nordmann Nordic distributes specialty chemicals to Nordic and Baltic manufacturers of cosmetics, laundry/cleaning products, paint, plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. We have 22 employees, who work in our bright and fine premises in Solna Strand near Stockholm.

Your tasks:

• Sales and product management of raw materials for the Food industry
• Providing technical and commercial support to customers
• New customer acquisition
• Planning, monitoring and achieving sales targets
• Identifying new, promising raw materials and product applications
• Connecting raw material suppliers and customers from around the globe
• Monitoring market developments; design and implementation of market-oriented strategies

Your profile:

• Experience in sales of raw materials and/or in product development for food applications
• University degree, preferably within chemistry/biology or equivalent work experience
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and perform with a high level of independence
• Ability to travel regularly within principal market areas
• Affinity for digital tools and processes, with user skills in SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office
• Good organizing, coordinating and negotiation skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
