A leading international financial services company, currently undergoing a significant phase of global expansion and operational consolidation, is seeking its next Global Operations Director to lead the evolution, transformation, and scalability of complex, high-volume international operations.

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader with a strong background in multi-country operations, capable of combining strategic vision, operational transformation, and execution excellence while actively contributing to the company’s next stage of global growth and organizational maturity.

🎯 Position Overview

The Global Operations Director will be responsible for leading the company’s international operational strategy, ensuring continuity, efficiency, operational governance, and scalability across highly complex global environments.

This position will play a highly strategic role in consolidating global operational capabilities by driving transformation initiatives, automation, digitalization, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence as key enablers of efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and sustainable growth.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve 24/7 international operations across multiple geographies

• Consolidate resilient, efficient, and scalable global operational structures

• Ensure high standards of operational control, continuity, compliance, and security within high-volume transactional environments

• Drive operational transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives focused on efficiency and sustainable growth

• Strengthen operational governance models, performance indicators, and global organizational capabilities

• Lead high-performing multicultural teams within dynamic and rapidly growing environments

• Partner closely with the C-Suite in defining and executing the company’s global business strategy

• Ensure financial sustainability and operational optimization with direct impact on profitability, productivity, and customer experience

✅ Ideal Profile

• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale operations

• Experience within industries such as microfinance, financial services, transactional banking, operational fintech, payment processing, insurance, or other highly demanding multi-country operational environments

• Proven track record in roles such as COO, Global Operations Director, VP/SVP Operations, or senior international operations leadership positions

• Extensive experience managing multi-country operations and complex global operational structures

• Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic thinking, operational transformation, and execution excellence

• Strong track record scaling operations, strengthening organizational structures, and optimizing operational and financial KPIs

• Experience driving automation, digitalization, advanced analytics, and operational transformation initiatives

• Strong business acumen, executive leadership, and results orientation

• Advanced English proficiency required | A third language is highly desirable

• MBA, Master’s Degree, or executive education in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related fields will be considered a strong differentiator, though not mandatory for candidates with exceptional relevant experience in complex global operations

• Willingness to relocate to Guadalajara, Mexico

Compensation:

Highly competitive executive compensation package + comprehensive expatriate support.
