We have the world-leading SaaS technology. We are looking for a high‑calibre Business Development and Key Account Manager to lead complex retail digital solutions, support strategic customers, and drive long‑term value through end‑to‑end solution design.
THE JOB
- Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of RTA omni-channel retail solutions.
- Identify customer business pain points and articulate how RTA solutions can help resolve those challenges.
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver desired results to clients.
- Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.
- Consult clients on their business operations or requirements based on knowledge of the RTA product portfolio and industry trends.
- Work closely with the implementation team and product team on the implementation plan for the project.
THE PERSON
- Experience in business development on ERP solutions to retail customers
- Experience with Cloud applications
- Management of large and complex sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with client director/manager level
- Experience in expanding business to the international market
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in business development or sales
- Great knowledge on ERP systems
- Good understanding of Software/Systems/Database architecture
- Ability to successfully close new business
- Proven problem resolution, communication, planning, execution skills
- Business prospecting and presentation skills
