Retail Manager – Fashion Brand
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for Hong Kong in alignment with the brand’s overall vision. Assume full accountability for the brand’s performance and business results across both markets.
- Plan and drive the implementation of omni-channel strategies (both online and offline) to establish a competitive and well-positioned channel network in the region.
- Integrate local resources to lead brand-building initiatives and consumer engagement activities. Enhance customer loyalty and strengthen brand presence, positioning the region as a key showcase for the brand’s overseas expansion.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to oversee store operations, team management, and merchandise strategies. Drive continuous improvement in store performance and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience. Prior experience in luxury retail operations is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in both English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proven ability to integrate and leverage diverse resources, including prime mall partnerships, media networks, and key client connections.
- Strong strategic thinking, business negotiation, team motivation, and communication skills.
