- 金融经济财务等相关科系之本科及以上学历； 2.银行从业经验2年以内； 3.具有较强的沟通能力、语言表达能力和较强的应变能力、自我发展意愿强烈； 4.具备良好的客户服务意识； 5.熟悉计算机操作，办公软件应用，具财务分析能力。
