Responsibilities:

  • Drive and co-ordinate the development of packaged food products for HK, China and Overseas markets, which includes market research, package design and development, project timeline management, cost and product launch
  • Liaise with various parties, including but not limited to Design, Procurement, R&D, QA and Factory Operation to facilitate product launch
  • Conduct data analysis and product review to understand the market dynamics, identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential
  • Translate business needs into product requirements to achieve the goal
  • Assist in managing our food product portfolio and prepare reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing food product development project
  • Experience in food industry and packaging development would be advantage
  • Strong project management skill; proactive with good execution capabilities
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure with good multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
