Product Manager, Internal Developer Experience (AI Platforms)
Indexed description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Product Manager to lead the growth and adoption of our internal AI Coding Assistant Platform. This isn't a traditional "behind-the-scenes" internal tools role. You will be the face of a platform that transforms how our engineers work, treating our developers as premium customers.
Your mission is simple but challenging: Move the needle on developer productivity. You won't just build features; you will design the "vibe," the journey, and the community that makes using our AI tools the highlight of a developer's day.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Evangelism & Growth: Design and execute multi-channel internal campaigns (digital and offline) to drive awareness and daily active usage of our AI coding tools.
- User Experience (UX) Advocacy: Partner with engineering to ensure the platform is intuitive. You will be the voice of the developer, ensuring the UI/UX is seamless, reducing friction from onboarding to advanced usage.
- Community & Events: Organize internal hackathons, "Lunch and Learns," and workshops. You’ll create offline "pop-up" experiences or internal tech talks to celebrate power users and share best practices.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, code acceptance rates, time-to-market) and use these insights to pivot your engagement strategies.
- Roadmap Strategy: Bridge the gap between developer feedback and technical requirements, prioritizing features that deliver the most "magic" to the coding workflow.
Who You Are
- A Growth-Minded PM: You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a heavy focus on user growth, marketing-tech, or internal platforms.
- A Campaign Strategist: You know how to launch a product. You have a proven track record of designing integrated campaigns that combine digital comms (newsletters, Slack bots, dashboards) with offline engagement (swag, events, contests).
- Design-Centric: You have a keen eye for UX/UI. You understand that internal tools shouldn't feel "clunky" and you advocate for a consumer-grade experience.
- Technically Curious: You don’t need to be a Senior Dev, but you must be comfortable talking to engineers about IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and LLMs.
