Job Title: Assistant Vice Manager, External Asset Management (EAM)Department: Investment / Wealth Management

Job Summary

Infinity Asset Management is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Assistant Vice Manager to support our External Asset Management (EAM) team. This role is critical in delivering operational excellence and seamless support to our External Asset Managers and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will handle trade execution, account opening, documentation, and order placement while upholding the highest standards of service, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Execution & Order Placement

• Execute trades for External Asset Managers across various asset classes

• Assist clients in placing investment orders and ensure timely and accurate execution

• Proactively liaise with investment managers via phone and other channels to facilitate order placement and trade confirmations

• Account Opening & Documentation

• Manage end-to-end client account opening processes for EAM portfolios

• Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation, including account opening forms, KYC/AML, and onboarding paperwork

• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation

• Client & Manager Support

• Provide high-quality daily operational and administrative support to External Asset Managers and ultra-high-net-worth clients

• Handle inquiries efficiently regarding trades, account status, and documentation

• Coordinate with internal operations, compliance, and custodians to resolve trade settlement or operational issues promptly

• Portfolio & Transaction Monitoring

• Monitor trade status, settlements, and corporate actions

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications

• Prepare regular reports for investment managers and clients as required

• Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements (including SFC guidelines)

• Support audit preparation and maintain proper documentation trails

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or securities operations

• Strong hands-on experience in trade execution, account opening, and client onboarding is essential

• Skills & Competencies

• Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and the full trade lifecycle

• Excellent communication and telephone skills with the ability to engage confidently with investment managers and UHNW clients

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with trading / order management systems

• Language

• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a strong advantage)

• Education & Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline

• Relevant regulatory licenses (SFC, IIQE, etc.) are highly preferred
