Product Manager – Trading (AI-Enabled)

The Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive the development of our trading suite, including futures, copy trading, and quantitative strategies. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and trading teams to deliver high-impact features — from execution performance and risk management to intuitive, trader-focused experiences.

This is not a role focused on building AI products. Instead, we’re looking for someone who already integrates AI into their day-to-day workflow — whether that’s shaping product specs, validating ideas, analyzing data, or keeping up with market and competitor trends. If AI isn’t already part of how you operate, this role may not be the right match.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for futures, copy trading, and quant trading features
• Collaborate with engineering and trading teams to improve execution logic, liquidation models, risk frameworks, and copy trading mechanics
• Define specs, run user behavior analysis, and pressure-test edge cases — using whatever tools (including AI) get you there faster
• Track post-launch performance: latency, slippage, fill rates, follower returns, user feedback
• Stay on top of what other exchanges are shipping and why it matters

What We're Looking For

• Product management experience at a crypto exchange, trading desk, or DeFi protocol
• Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, risk controls, and API infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with spot, futures, or options products; quant background is a plus
• Someone who's already integrated AI into their daily product workflow — we'll ask you how during the process
• Crypto industry experience is required
• Proficiency in English and Chinese

Nice to Have

• Experience building or shipping AI-powered products (any domain — not limited to trading)
