Business Development Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for all aspects of sales via relationship management with O&Gs, business partners and/or other medical audiences.
• Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories
• Directly responsible for promoting HealthBaby’s services to gatekeeper audiences from the medical field
• Directly responsible for delivering enquiry-generation targets from assigned territories
• Directly responsible for maintaining and subsequently increasing enquiry generation
• Directly responsible for increasing market share in assigned territories
• Key account management - develop and continual fostering of rapport with O&Gs and business partners to secure client referrals and support
• Project management of maternity hospital- related events
• Regular reporting on competitor’s activities
• To ensure timely submission of weekly reports and time sheets.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Line Manager and Commercial Director from time to time
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive

• Polytechnic Diploma or Basic Degree
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• More than 3 years of working experience in either Sales, Key Accounts or Business Development jobs
• Able to work independently
• Highly driven and people-oriented
• Able to work well in a team
• Able to communicate effectively
• Well groomed
• High level of initiative
• Sociable and confident, able to communicate with all levels of authority
• May require to work outside office hours
• Must be available during selected weekends for HealthBaby’s educational talks and sponsored events.
