Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of new customers from the origin side, closely aligning with the U.S. team
  • Coordinate project timelines, task assignments, and milestone tracking for new business rollouts
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors during implementation, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Plan and coordinate Go-Live activities from Asia, ensuring readiness across systems, teams, and stakeholders
  • Liaise with origin teams, vendors, and destination offices to communicate and execute implementation requirements
  • Review, revise, and standardise SOPs and IOPs to reflect actual practices across regions
  • Define and document operational tasks, customer-specific processes, and compliance requirements
  • Facilitate implementation-related meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure timely alignment
  • Provide onboarding materials and training to origin teams as part of the implementation process
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase rollout efficiency
  • Maintain organised records of implementation projects, SOPs, IOPs, and recurring customer/vendor issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, international business, project management, or related field
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in logistics, project implementation, or customer onboarding
  • Proven ability to manage cross-border implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required; fluency in Chinese or another Asian language is highly desirable
  • Experience developing and maintaining SOPs/IOPs with a strong process-oriented mindset
  • Effective communicator able to work across time zones and cultures, particularly with U.S.-based teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint, Infor Nexus, or tools like Asana/Trello is an advantage
