Marketing Director (Head of Marketing) - GC875985

Our client is one of Asia’s Top 500 fastest-growing fintech companies, operating a rapidly expanding B2C business. They are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy and end-to-end marketing execution, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall marketing strategy, covering brand awareness, digital marketing, external communications, and customer engagement across B2C channels.
• Drive brand positioning and strengthen brand equity across markets, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Oversee and optimize website performance and user journey, with a strong focus on UI/UX enhancement for existing products and services.
• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive acquisition and retention.
• Develop and manage external communications, including PR, media relations, and content strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Business) to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a hands-on, agile, and results-driven culture.
• Leverage data and market insights to optimize campaign performance, customer funnel, and ROI.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, or B2C internet businesses.
• Proven track record in building successful brands and scaling marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience (including UI/UX awareness).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on, and agile working style.
• Strong interest in fintech, lending, or related financial topics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
