Executive Partner - Taiwan

Gartner’s Executive Partners act as coaches, content-providers and business advisors to Executive Programs members, and partner with colleagues across the organization to deliver service solutions utilizing Gartner products and services.

What you will do:

• Manage a portfolio of member relationships within some of the most prominent enterprises in Taiwan and Greater China across various industries, such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer, Mining and many others.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients utilizing all ExP products and resources.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
• Conduct on-site briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at local ExP events
• Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales and other business units and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.

They understand the members’ mission critical priorities and build trust by delivering value and leveraging key internal partnerships to drive results.

• Consulting or CIO/Senior Technology Leadership roles with 20+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.)
• Strong Banking or Financial Services industry experiences is preferred
• Strong IT Security background is preferred
• Strong consulting or services background is preferred
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills to board level executives, both in English and Traditional Chinese
• Demonstrate exposure to and ownership of large Strategic Programs and oversight of the Strategic IT direction of their organization.
• Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and an in-depth understanding of the IT industry (including enterprise digital transformation, business strategy, Leadership, IT Operations Management, technology strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.) and priorities such as the challenges of “today’s” Technology Executive and how Gartner ExP can make the difference as an advisory organization.
