Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is directly responsible for driving profitable growth of Fibersol soluble fiber ingredients across the Midwest Region (WI, IL, IN, MI) by managing key CPG and regional accounts, developing new business within defined targets, and executing disciplined account and territory plans. Success in this role comes from hands-on customer engagement—building multi-level relationships, managing the opportunity pipeline, and collaborating with internal technical and operations teams. This is an individual contributor, territory-owning role.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute territory & strategic account plans for a portfolio of national and regional CPG manufacturers and brands (supplements, beverage, snacks, dairy, etc.)
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
- Generate potential leads for future sales, set and exceed quotas
- Track and report sales in organized manner, Communicate effectively with organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent
- 10+ years experience with ingredients and/or flavor sales
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce a plus), Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel in order to do business
