Geller Lighting Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our office operations team. This unique “swing” role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while providing administrative support across departments.


This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the chance to transition into a long-term role based on performance, attendance, and business needs. We’re looking for someone who is excited to grow with the company and become a valued member of our team.


This position plays a key role in keeping our financial and administrative operations running smoothly by stepping in where support is needed most. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.


What You’ll Do

  • Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently using company accounting systems
  • Review, code, verify, and match invoices to purchase orders, pricing, and payment terms
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking and collection support
  • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies or aged invoices
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain AP and AR inboxes and follow up on outstanding items
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office team
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies
  • Operate standard office equipment including copiers and scanners
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Adapt to changing priorities and provide coverage across functions when needed


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems or ERP One+ is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple functions within the organization
